History

Allpack International NV (former Bofort Logistics NV) was founded in 2004, when Bofort NV, an entrepreneurial investor in the maritime and industrial markets, decided to invest in the international export packaging market.

In 2004 it acquired Allpack HP, Handling and Packing, NV, located in Lier, Belgium, dedicated to exceptional packing projects and for years already known for its excellent service level in the industrial packaging industry.

After careful strategic analysis, two further acquisitions were realized in 2005:
  • Konex Verpackungslogistik Gmbh, situated in Butzbach, Germany, targeting the German manufacturing industry
  • Ace Packing NV, located in the port of Antwerp, Belgium, offering its clients packing facilities on the quay
At the end of 2008 the strategy to combine internal growth with add-on acquisitions leaded to the integration within the group of
  • Quieps Industrial Packing, NV, located near Brussels, close to Brussels Airport

In 2011, Allpack International acquired its first company in France, Ceidex S.A.R.L. which is located near Paris.
